Vertical Dream outdoor activities
Canyoning is a journey through the riverbed with the use of various techniques including hiking, climbing, jumping, sliding (down natural tobogans), abseiling and swimming.
There is a wide variety of equipped canyoning routes, which are appreciated and enjoyed
by people of all ages and levels of physical ability.
Gorge walking takes you up steep sided becks, walking in the path of the water,
scrambling over rocks, traversing above pools, climbing, swim across pools,
jump in them and slide off rocks and waterfalls.
Basto region is known by all kayakers as a winter whitewater paradise of Portugal. In summer with lowering water levels this wild river becomes accessible to inexperienced kayakers as well. We invite you to discover the calm waters of river Tamega by kayak.

Especially appreciated is the Fantasticable, a 1,5 km long cable, at an altitude of 150 meters, between two hilltops. Descending horizontally, free as a bird but much much much faster.
